Should you feel sad when you sell your artwork?

I'm selling my Water Glass Drawing, for a mere $50. in return, I get a tattoo gun and kit. I'm thrilled to be getting this kit, it's just, I had that drawing hanging on my wall ever since i got it back from the university of Michigan( they thought they could take it from me!). I'm just a little upset about giving it away. It's proven how well i have done as an artist and how far I have come after all these years.

Maybe its time to learn how to part with things...
